Ian Lindsay
President and Chief Executive Officer
Combining 35 years of senior management experience, with over 14 years in the recreational contracting business, Ian provides the leadership to attain Astra Group’s, AG&P’s parent company, annual goals and objectives. Prior to forming Astra Group in 1988, Ian held executive positions with Construction Services Company. Ian’s educational background includes a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia, and a Business Administration degree from the University of Geneva, Switzerland.

Andrew Lindsay
Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
With over 12 years experience in the recreational construction arena, Andrew has already established Astra Group’s, AG&P’s parent company as a leader in the industry. Under Andrew’s direction, the marketing and estimating departments continue to expand Astra Group’s client base. Andrew’s educational background includes a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Georgia. Andrew is the Parks Chairman for NPU-C and is personally a member of Park Pride and the Path Foundation.

Jack Ward
General Manager
Jack has brought to Astra Grading & Pipe over 30 years of grading, pipe, and construction experience. He has worked in all aspects of grading – including road building, subdivision projects, commercial sites, and of course, parks. AG&P is excited to have such a knowledgeable manager on board who has the experience to see this company grow.

Scott Hibbard
Pipe Division Manager
Scott has been in the pipe and utility business since he graduated from college in 1982. He owned his own piping company, Ash Contractors, from 1997 until March 2007, when his company was acquired by Astra Grading and Pipe. Scott brought to AG&P his extensive experience, equipment and employees. Scott holds a Utility Manager’s license which he acquired in the late 1980’s.
